MUSHKILEN !
मुश्किलें कुछ इस कदर बढी ---
कि मुस्कुराना भूल गए --------
रोज़ यूँ ही बैठे रहतें हैं ,
नसीब के कदमों के इंतज़ार में---
कहीं आना जाना भूल गए----
क्या दिन थे वो ,
जब हँसते- मुस्कुराते कटते थे दिन-रात ,
कब सुबह हुई, कब शाम ढली ,
खबर ही कहाँ होती थी ,
अब ये आलम है कि ,
घडी की सुइयों पे टकटकी लगाये बैठे हैं.

LONGING FOR SOME LEISURE!!!
Longing for some leisure----

Oh! How I wish to enjoy;
The bright Sunshine at dawn;
the ever mysterious mountains;
the sound of the flowing rivers;
the roaming snow like clouds;
the mighty waves of the Sea;
the blossomed flowers in the garden;
the infinite creatures and colors;
defining the beauty of mother Nature;
Oh! How I long to be in midst of Nature;
but there is work to finish;
food to cook and shops to visit;
jobs to do and places to go;
family to take care of;
relationships to handle;
How I long the day to be a little longer;
How I long for a little leisure time;
Just to sit quietly and listen;
the beautiful music of Nature;
the carefree birds and butterflies;
time to hurry up but---
Oh! But it is Dusk again!

BAHNEIN!--THE SISTERS!

एक ही साथ खेलीं , एक साथ बढी ;
एक दुसरे को बेपनाह प्यार किया ;
एक साथ, एक जैसे ही सपने देखे ;
हाँ पर ये भी एक सच है ;
पेड़ों की दो शाखों की तरह ;
तक़दीर उन्हें दो विपरीत दिशाओं में ले जाती है;
जो शायद कभी नहीं मिलते है ;
वो प्यार, वो अपनापन ;
वो सपने, वो बचपन ;
बस यादें बन कर रह जाती हैं ;
अकेले में आँखें नम कर जाती हैं।
